Ah, fall is finally here and couldn't be happier about it! I love the cooler weather, pretty trees, and fun fall activities. I have to admit though that my favorite aspect of fall is that fact that I get to pull out all of my cozy sweaters and scarves. The fall months are prime time for playing around with layering due to the unpredictable tempatures. My easy go-to outfit for fall consists of a sweater, vest, blanket scarf, jeans, and riding boots. The evening my mom and I went to the pumpkin farm was the definition of a perfect fall evening; 50 degrees, a cool breeze, and sunny. I LOVE taking a trip to the apple orchard each fall. Between the pretty scenery, fresh fruit, time with family, and yummy deserts, a trip to the apple orchard is a must for me each autumn. This year I had been hoping to go on a cool morning that I would be able to bundle up in a cute sweater and a plaid blanket scarf. However, the weather didn't quite cooperate with my wishes and I ended up going on a sunny 80 degree day. Since I didn't feel like sweating to death, I went with a cooler outfit that is perfect for the warm mid-west weather we've been having lately. This top from Francesca's is literally the cutest thing ever. I have been wearing it on repeat ever since I picked it up a few weeks ago. Happy Labor Day! Where has the summer gone?! It seems like summer started a week ago, but now I am already back to school! This summer was a busy one for me but one of the best so far. It was full of time spent with friends and family, vacations in Wisconsin, a mission trip in Minneapolis, and working. As a way to wrap up the summer, I thought I would do one last summer post. This outfit was one of my go-to's this summer. It is light and breezy and perfect for a hot summer day. I love the colors of this outfit. The coral shorts and the white top scream summer vacation to me. It is so easy to throw on, and it instantly is an effortless summer look. How gorgeous is this patio?! Perfect summer days call for picnics. I love getting together with friends and throwing together a little picnic.  It's such a fun and simple way to keep in contact with people over the summer and to create fun memories. For this post I want to show you an outfit that I think is just perfect for picnics, as well as my picnic necessities! I love putting together outfits that have a nautical vibe to them! This is a breathable outfit, and it is perfect for warm summer days. I adore the contrast between the black and white stripes and the pop of color of these cute Loft shorts give the look. This is an effortless outfit while still looking adorable. It's also super simple to put together with items from your own closet, since they are basic pieces. My favorite spot to picnic this summer has been down by the riverfront. There are plenty of trees for shade, and there is something so peaceful about sitting near the water! With the 4th being just two days away (where has summer gone already?!?), I thought I would share with you a few looks to help jump start anyone still needing outfit inspo for Monday! I tried to put together looks for several different occasions and different personal styles. Let me know in the comments which look is your favorite! Make-up and Hair    For my makeup I did my everyday makeup look and added a fun, bright red lipstick to make the looks more patriotic! Spring is officially here and I am so happy! I'm loving the warmer weather that we have been having and all of the green that has appeared! The trees fully in bloom are beyond gorgeous and I could not be happier! Spring is such a bright and happy time of year and I feel this outfit is perfectly incorporates that feeling!   As you can tell by my Instagram the last few weeks,  I have been LOVING pastel pink this spring!
