Another year of life has come and gone! I am so thankful for all of the family and friends who made my 18th birthday so special and memorable! This past year has been one filled with amazing memories that I hope will last a lifetime. Looking forward to this next year I know lots of changes will be in store, but I am so excited to see what the future holds! Today I am sharing with you my birthday outfit! God is so good and he is evidently at work! I have been so blessed to have spent ten days in the Dominican Republic recently. A team of 37 students and 4 leaders from my youth group partnered with TIME Ministry down in the Dominican to make this trip possible! The days flew by and I can't believe I'm home already! Each of the days spent in the Dominican were jam packed and full of activities! I wanted to put together this blogpost to highlight some of what we did!  For the majority of our trip we stayed with TIME Ministry in the city of Santo Domingo. Although, the city as a whole is full of poverty, I still thought everything was so beautiful! From rooftop views like this, to getting to explore cave, to checking out downtown Santo Domingo- beauty was everywhere!
