Thanksgiving Outfit Inspiration

Happy Thanksgiving! There is so much to be thankful for this year. I am so thankful for my loving family and all of the support they show me. I am so thankful for my amazing friends who never fail to make me laugh. I am so thankful for my encouraging church and youth groups. I am so thankful that I have figured out where I want to go to college. I am so thankful for my blog and the opportunities it has brought. Most of all I am so thankful for my salvation through Jesus Christ. The list could go on and on with everything that I have to be thankful for, but I'll leave it with those. With Thanksgiving just days away, I'll be sharing a Thanksgiving look with you today and ways you can duplicate it with pieces from your own closet!

Okay, so I am kind of in love with this scarf, I've been wearing it non-stop! It literally goes with anything, and the colors are perfect for fall. I found it at Loft Outlet a few weeks ago and now I can't find the exact one, but I linked a really similar one below. Adding a blanket scarf is great for a Thanksgiving outfit! It is super cute, plus it helps hide the little food baby you'll develop after eating!

There are so many ways to create this outfit with things already in your closet. You honestly can put together a plain dress, a blanket scarf, a sweater, tights, and booties and you have a super cute outfit! If you want to go for a more casual look, a cute shirt or sweater, scarf, jeans, and boots would be just as adorable!

I'm in love with these earrings! They are SO pretty and feminine. They can dress up any outfit, and they were under $10! I found and linked a similar pair from Forever 21 for under $5.  What a steal!

I am so excited for Thanksgiving! I love getting to see family and eating lots of yummy food! Black Friday shopping is a nice plus too!

A Trip to the Pumpkin Patch

Ah, fall is finally here and couldn't be happier about it! I love the cooler weather, pretty trees, and fun fall activities. I have to admit though that my favorite aspect of fall is that fact that I get to pull out all of my cozy sweaters and scarves. Post Vacation Blues

I hate coming home from vacation and getting back into the routine of my everyday life. Even though Florida was quite chilly, I loved every minute of it! I absolutely LOVE the ocean, beach, and palm trees, so I was not to excited to be coming back to bare and brown Iowa. However, while in Florida I had the opportunity to shoot several new looks for future blog posts and I'm sure some people are probably getting tired of all the beach pictures, so I'll work on slowing that down! Today's outfit is perfect for the warmer weather the Midwest will soon get, and the weather the rest of the country already seems to have!
